Voltage Day Camps - Aug 19-21

Day camp is just days away, and we couldn't be more excited!

We're going to be praising, running, jumping, learning, creating, and finding new ways to seek out our Creator. To prepare for all the fun, here is some important info to know.

TIME
Day Camp will be running from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday. Check-in opens at 9AM, and we will start at 9:30 on the dot. Pickup will be at 2:30, as volunteers will only be at the church until 3. Doors will be locked from 9:30 AM- 2:30PM, but there will be a number on the door if you need to get a hold of a leader.

PERMISSION FORMS
If you have not done so yet, please fill out a permission form for your child before Tuesday morning. Also, when your bring your child, please do not drop them off at the door - please come inside and check them in in person. The link for the form can be found here.

DAY AT CAMP
Each day has a similar flow: Group games, worship music, videos and a wonderful message from our Children's Pastor, JD Hornbacher. We will then split off into our teams to enjoy fun-filled rotations (small groups, crafts, stories, and games) until lunch time . After lunch, we have more games, worship, message, small groups and activities.

LUNCH
Please pack your child a cold lunch (no microwave available) ensure their brain is ready to learn! Bonus point if they have a labeled lunch bag! Things tend to get mixed up.

CLOTHING
We're going to be running, jumping, crawling, rolling, all the best parts of play! Please ensure your child is dressed to play in comfy weather-appropriate clothes and running shoes.

WATER ACTIVITY DAY
On our last day (THURSDAY), we will be ending camp with a good old-fashioned water fight. Please pack a towel, a bathing suit, and a change of clothes for your child to change into afterward. We ask that no one bring their water guns/ toys. Day Camp will be supplying these, and we will have more than enough!
