Calling all recent optometry graduates! Ready to kickstart your career in beautiful BC? Join us this September for an action-packed one-day seminar designed just for you. Following the seminar will be a social mixer at Carlino, where New Grads and practicing optometrists can network (see below for more details).

The New Grad Bootcamp is your ultimate guide to navigating the world of optometry with confidence. Learn from seasoned pros, get the inside scoop on industry trends, and connect with fellow new grads. Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills or get the lay of the land, this event is your perfect launchpad!

This event is geared towards New Grads within their first 5 years of practice after graduation, but all are welcome to attend!

This event is supported by an unrestricted educational grant from Johnson & Johnson Vision.

Some notes for attendees about parking

Driveway entrance: 1129 Alberni St
Follow signage to hotel valet
Let the valet team know they are here to attend the BC Doctors of Optometry event
Hyatt team will provide them with a valet ticket. When they are ready to collect the vehicle, they will head to the lower lobby (Where they dropped the vehicles off) and pay (BCDO discount rate of $20)!
