Hello bakers! I wanted to send out a reminder for our scone class this evening! Please arrive by 4:30 so we can start on time and finish up in a timely manner. There is available street parking in front of the bakery, as well as a city lot just up the road. As we will he handling food in this class, I do ask that you dress that in mind. Tie back any long hair, take off rings or any dangling jewellry and be sure that sleeves can be rolled up to keep them out of your way. As it is quite snowy out you are welcome to bring a change of shoes if you would rather not wear your snowboots while we bake. Each attendee will bake a total of 12 scones. Boxes will be provided to pack the scones in to help you carry them home. See you all soon!
