This psychedelic sound bath, brought to you by Greeening the Mind, shares with you their PSA experience (Psychedelic Sound Adventure) and invites you to experience cannabis in richer, more nuanced ways than your average sesh — go deeper with it as a tool for presence, creativity, and connection.

Guitarist Rich Grossman of local Toronto Bands The Lizards and Soup and keyboardist Greg Nazar of Soup will perform two sets of mind empowering and soul expanding music that will not only take you on an oratory journey, but open your mind's third eye to the energy, vibrations and light waves that are not only sound, but everything in the universe.

All doors of sensory perception will be opened, guiding participants into a psychedelic encounter with music, community, and mindful intention.

6:30 pm Snacks, pre-event consumption

7:00pm the Psychadelic Sound Adventure (PSA) begins...

Sound adventure - experience how sound can expand beyond just an oratory experience and ride the waves and let the senses expand.

Self-care pause — refresh, rehydrate, and nurture the body.

Integration circle — closing reflections, gentle grounding, and carrying the experience forward

There are a number of ways you can enjoy this event and be comfortable. We recommend bringing any of the following to create your own space:

Yoga mat and / or blanket if you wish to lean into it all by lying down
some sort of fold out chair if you prefer to be sitting rather than lying down
comfy shoes if you want to boogie the night away
