Come join us for a fun-filled evening at the Rotary Picnic Shelter (located in the Lethbridge Sports Park) to celebrate our students and teachers for another successful year in Lethbridge's Spanish Bilingual programs!

The SBEA Community Fiesta will be a fun night filled with delicious food, lively entertainment, and great company. Whether your family has been in the Spanish Bilingual program since it opened or you are new to it this year, the SBEA Community Fiesta is the perfect opportunity to connect and celebrate the hard work of students and educators while fostering cultural appreciation and community engagement.

What can you expect from the evening?

An optional meal provided by Tacos Made in Mexico and Antojitos Latin Market and Café (pre-order is required before June 2).
- Each order includes two tacos (beef & pork), a serving of rice & beans, and a churro for $11 (not including event service and transaction fees).
- Want to join us but don't want the meal? Register for free using the 'General Admission - No Meal' option.
Family-friendly activities (yes - we will also have some soccer balls if your family members are interested in a game of fútbol!)
A short program to acknowledge and celebrate:
- All the hard work and effort of our Spanish Bilingual teachers, students, and administrators.
- The elementary program moving from Coalbanks to West Coulee Station.
- Grade 5's graduating from elementary to middle school.
- The first graduating class of Grade 8 Spanish Bilingual students from GS Lakie Middle School.
- New students entering the program in September.

Do I need to register to attend the SBEA Community Fiesta?

Please do, even if you are bringing your own food. Logistics are way easier when we know ahead of time how many people to expect.
If you want to order a meal, you will need to purchase your tickets before May 31.

Who is the SBEA?

The Spanish Bilingual Education Association was formed to support and grow Spanish bilingual programs in Lethbridge public schools.
