Purpose

The All Candidates Forum 2025, hosted by Rotary Chestermere, is intended to connect candidates and voters in advance of the upcoming municipal election on October 20, 2025. This forum will be an opportunity to share needed information and establish trust so that voters can make informed votes in pursuit of an even better city of Chestermere.

Tickets

The tickets are pay what you can. Any amounts paid for tickets will be donations to help Rotary Chestermere recoup the costs of hosting the event.

Format

The event will have a formal main program (6:30pm - 8:30pm) and an informal meet and greet (8:30pm - 9:00pm). During the main programs, candidates will make statements and answer questions from the event's host. During the meet and greet, attendees will have the chance to quickly meet and greet candidates at their assigned locations.

Agreed code of conduct

enthusiasm and positivity welcomed
no political advertisement, such as signs or clothing, permissible for audience or candidates
no personal attacks or heckling

Persons not complying with code of conduct will be asked to leave the event.

Accessibility

The first two rows will be reserved for persons with mobility, sight, or hearing challenges. Connect with a Rotary member to be seated.
