Join certified Intentional Creativity®️ Teacher and coach, Amber Samaya Gould for a daylong painting experience in the unique Intentional Creativity method, which catalyzes awareness, presence, and deeper self connection through a curated creative process. Workshop will take place at the qathet Art Centre.

The Art of Paying Attention painting experience will include:

Group red thread circle connection to set meaningful intentions and ask your ‘open question’
Gentle guided mindfulness practice to support ease and slowing down
Curated and guided Intentional Creativity painting steps
Playful exploration of colour and abstract mark making
Drawing attention to the inner voices of the Muse and the Critic
Accessing insight from the Soul voice relevant to your ‘open question’ and painting an ‘insight anchoring’ symbol to support integration and remembering
Sharing circle

This workshop requires NO previous painting experience - just a willingness to explore your inner world and experience creative flow states to benefit your wellbeing.

This workshop may be aligned for you if you are craving creative self expression, deeper presence, connection to your inner voice, new personal insights, and desire a gentle, supportive and inspiring environment to create with intention!

All painting supplies provided. Light snacks and beverages will be offered, and dietary restrictions honoured if possible.
