We are so excited to announce our 2026 Emerald Hour Member Retreat taking place from November 13th - 15th, 2026 on beautiful Whidbey Island.

We have a lovely cabin reserved, the A-Frame at Goss Lake, as well as a nearby beach house to provide additional lodging.

Some of you may know that Emerald Hour’s inception began at a small weekend retreat in 2022. We walked away feeling refreshed, inspired, and close to one another, energized by our conversations around sustainability. We hosted our first overnight member retreat last year and are excited to do it again this fall!

A detailed itinerary will be sent out later this summer, but you can expect group discussions on sustainability in the wedding/events industry and Emerald Hour’s role in creating a positive shift, time for personal reflection and goal-setting, space to connect with fellow members, and opportunities for outdoor activities (or just relaxing). Between check-in on the evening of November 13th and check-out late morning of November 15th, all meals will be provided (dietary restrictions will be accommodated.) Members will have the option to stay in a shared room, or in a private room.

Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to purchase tickets early.
