Meet your Speakers:

Stefan Nespoli, CCI Hon’s, P.Eng.

Stefan is the President of the CCI Grand River Chapter and a leader at Edison Engineers, where he supports condominium clients across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. With a background in contracting and over a decade in Building Restoration consulting, Stefan specializes in structural restoration, building envelope systems, and capital planning. Passionate about condominium education and guiding condominium communities through challenging times, he is an active advocate through several CCI committees at the local and provincial level. Stefan is a very proud recipient of CCI’s Distinguished Service Award.

Tyler Brook, P. Eng.

Tyler Brook is a Senior Capital Planning Engineer at Brown & Beattie Ltd., a licenced Professional Engineer and a University of Waterloo graduate with over 15 years of engineering, capital planning and project management experience. Tyler has completed countless Reserve Fund Studies and Building Condition Assessments as well as Performance Audits mainly for condominium clients built on a foundation of building restoration project management experience in completing construction review and administration for a wide variety of building types.

Henry J. Jansen, P.Eng., ACCI, LCCI

Henry is Director of Operations – GTA and Southern Ontario for Keller Engineering. Henry graduated from McMaster University in 1992 and earned his P.Eng. license in 1994. He has always been a design engineer helping to solve problems. Engineering is applied science. Engineers use theory and then apply practical knowledge to develop solutions. Henry loves to help clients with their building needs and has developed strong industry leaders to meet the demands of our condominium clients. Keller Engineering is like a family team – we work together, we support each other, and we laugh together.

Henry has volunteered with CCI since 2008 and primarily has been sitting on membership or communications committees. These efforts to support the condominium industry include,

ACCI designation in 2010; Past CCI-Toronto Board of Directors; President Greater Dufferin Home Builders Association; Current CCI-Grand River Board of Director; LCCI designation in 2021; Licensed professional engineer – Ontario and Saskatchewan; Proud member of CCI-South Saskatchewan; Proud member of Guelph and West End Home Builders Association; Contributes to the CCI Ontario Technical Committee advocating for building code changes and home warranty programs; Contributing member to PEO Guidelines on Performance Audits and Reserve Fund Studies; Past member of ACMO Communications and Social media Committee; Regular blog post and podcast contributor for CCI chapters.

Andrew Poirier, Principal

Andrew joined Cion Corp. in 2017 as a Project Manager and later became a Team Lead, where he played a critical role in driving the firm’s success in building envelope solutions. With nearly two decades of professional experience and a background in design technology and building sciences, Andrew has gained extensive hands-on experience in site forensic leakage investigations, standardized testing, and structural monitoring. His areas of expertise consist of wall cladding assemblies, glazing systems, material compatibility, roofing systems and waterproofing sealants.This deep field work has enabled him to deliver practical, safe, and effective solutions to complex building challenges and earning him the title of “Leak Whisperer” by some of our clients.
