Assalamu Alaikum everyone,

We are so excited to see you all tomorrow for our Horseback Riding Event as part of Salam Week! Here's everything you need to know to make sure the day runs smoothly, insha'Allah.

📍 MEETING POINT & DEPARTURE

• Meet at the SRC (Scott Religious Centre) at 9:00 AM sharp.

• We will walk you to the bus from there. We'll leave from York University Station at 9:30 AM Sharp.

• Please do not be late - the bus will leave on time!

🕔 RETURN

• We will be leaving the venue at 5:00 PM to head back to York University

⚠️ ACTION REQUIRED – WAIVER FORM

Please make sure you have signed and submitted the waiver form that was sent in our last email BEFORE tomorrow. This is mandatory and you will not be able to participate without it. If you haven't done so yet, please take care of it tonight!

👟 WHAT TO WEAR

• Closed-toe shoes are required - NO open-toe shoes or sandals permitted on the premises

• Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor activity

🏈 WHAT TO BRING

• You're welcome to bring outdoor games (football, frisbee, etc.) for extra fun between sessions!

• Water bottle, sunscreen, and layers for the weather

• A great attitude and energy!

🍽️ Food will be provided on-site, so no need to worry about that.

We can't wait for an amazing day of riding, bonding, and making memories together. If you have any last-minute questions, feel free to reach out.
