The workshop will be facilitated by the knowledgeable Donna Dawe from Dawesign.

A Focus on Indigenous Women Entrepreneurs

In keeping with the Indigenous Women's Entrepreneur (IWE) program, this workshop is a part of a larger initiative to empower Indigenous women who have always been, and always will be, at the heart of our communities. Entrepreneurship offers a promising pathway for Indigenous women to enrich their lives, strengthen their families, and participate in the development of their communities.

The IWE program was developed in partnership with National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association (NACCA) to reduce the barriers that Indigenous women face when starting or growing their businesses. Through the program, Indigenous women can access dedicated Business Support Officers, routine workshops, and micro-loans to help their businesses prosper and thrive.
