Hey, hey! One Joke Minimum is back by popular demand—with a few important changes.

Starting Tuesday, February 4, it will be EVERY OTHER TUESDAY from 8:30 to 9:30 @ the Elaine Mae Theatre.

SAME:
Yes, it’s still for comics who are serious about honing their material, and the focus is always on your jokes, bits, delivery, stage presence, etc. Yes, it’s still the same supportive, collaborative workout room.

NEW:
Now you can get yourself some guaranteed stage time.

If you have a show or an event coming up and you need to test your material, you can secure your spot at One Joke Minimum. All you have to do is sign up and pay your $5 (plus fees) no later than 7 PM the Sunday before. The actual number of stage minutes you’ll get will depend on how many comics we have on any night, but we’ll do our best to accommodate. And if you don’t want to commit, no problem; you’re welcome to take your chances when you show up. If you go up, you pay the fee. If you don’t, you get to enjoy some free comedy.
