October's Topic - Implementing Events, that capture new clients, new experiences and branding for your Team and Agent
Where operational excellence meets collaboration, clarity, and high performance.
This is your inner circle — designed exclusively for the Operations professionals powering REVEL Realty.

Our Mission

To build a connected, confident, and high-performance Operations culture across REVEL that powers every agent’s success — from offer to close and beyond.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of The Pulse, Revel’s brand-new community designed exclusively for the heart of our business – our Real Estate Admins and Operations Teams.

This community was created to fuel motivation, strengthen skills, and provide the training and systems that propel our teams to the next level.

The Pulse will include:

Monthly Masterminds – Deep dives into systems, processes, and leadership skills
Group Chat – Real-time collaboration, support, and idea sharing
Resource Access – Tools, templates, and best practices to make operations seamless
High-Level Community – A network of operations professionals driven to scale and succeed

We know that when our Operations thrive, our Agents and teams thrive too.Introducing The Pulse
