Join Katy: Harmonia Grief Doula, Heather: the Sound Bath Lady, and Jordan: Somatic Dancer, for two hours of healing, growing, and resting with grief. Whether you are grieving a person, pet, or a major life change, this workshop welcomes you with loving support.

Katy will lead you through a gentle yoga flow to help you feel grounded before moving into a powerful breathwork to release tension, guilt, fear, and more in grief, while bringing your energy back to self-love. From there, Heather will begin her magic and immerse you in the harmonic vibrations of her crystal bowls, while Katy guides you on a visual meditation (approx. 40mins) for healing on your grief journey. Following the meditation, Jordan will then help shift the energetic vibration and transform your heart and body with breathwork and somatic dance. Through energy shifts and affirmations, this workshop will allow your body, mind, and heart to feel lighter while resting with grief...And the best part?

You won't be alone.

What to Bring?

Comfortable clothes since there will be movement!

Pillow for under your head and/or knees for extra comfort
Journal and pen for some writing and reflection, and water!
Yoga mat is optional - mats and blankets will be provided and the floors are cushioned
Water! It is important to stay hydrated when energy is moving (including tears)
Feel free to bring a photo of your loved one you are grieving or crystals to help you feel the most comfortable during this workshop

The movement during this workshop is beginner friendly, so there is no need to feel nervous!

Please Note:
The doors will be locked at 4:00pm to ensure we start on time, and for safety. Please arrive early - we will be there by 3:30pm. Also, the space is upstairs and there is no elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Location: 95 Lewes Blvd (upstairs YASC space) in Riverdale, Whitehorse, YT. The entrance door is in the corner of the building beside Men's World.
