MEETING POINT Meet us at the picnic table in the parking lot. We’ll be waiting for you with a fluorescent vest for visibility. You can’t miss us.

LUNCH & BEER - BISTRO ROCHETTE & BALSAMIQUE To give you the opportunity to taste our in-flight caterer’s offerings and try the official Nolinor beer, our Bistro will be open. Feel free to grab a bite before or after your visit.

DRESS CODE For safety reasons, we ask each participant to wear closed-toe shoes. To ensure an optimal experience during this event, please choose weather-appropriate clothing, including a windbreaker if necessary, as it can be windy on the ramp.

WEATHER In case of severe weather conditions, the event will be rescheduled.

CANCELLATIONS We understand that unforeseen events can occur. If you unfortunately cannot attend, please email us to cancel your attendance so we can free up your spot for other aviation enthusiasts #Airmanship.

POINT DE RENCONTRE
Retrouvez-nous à la table de pique-nique dans le stationnement. Nous vous attendrons avec un dossard fluorescent pour être bien visibles. Vous ne pourrez pas nous manquer.

DÎNER & BIÈRE – BISTRO ROCHETTE & BALSAMIQUE
Pour vous permettre de découvrir les plats de notre traiteur de bord et de goûter à la bière officielle de Nolinor, notre Bistro sera ouvert. N’hésitez pas à manger avant ou après votre visite.

CODE VESTIMENTAIRE
Pour des raisons de sécurité, chaque participant doit porter des chaussures fermées. Pour assurer une expérience optimale, veuillez porter des vêtements adaptés à la météo, incluant un coupe-vent au besoin, car il peut faire venteux sur la rampe.

MÉTÉO
En cas de conditions météo sévères, l’événement sera reporté.

ANNULATIONS
Nous comprenons que des imprévus peuvent survenir. Si vous ne pouvez malheureusement pas participer, merci de nous écrire un courriel pour annuler votre présence afin que nous puissions offrir votre place à un autre passionné d’aviation. #Airmanship
