What is Light Body Expansion?

Light Body Expansion is the awakening and activation of your energetic light body through the transmission of pure life force energy (also known as kundalini initiation). This vital force, often referred to as qi or prana, exists throughout the cosmos and is deeply embedded within each of us. Through this safe and natural energy transmission, your pure life force (kundalini) begins to rise, activating healing, transformation, and alignment with your highest potential. As this energy moves through your system, it clears blockages, recalibrates your nervous system, and invites profound inner change. As life force energy rises, it moves through and purifies the energetic channels of the body, ultimately leading to a full activation of the light body.

During this process, light language is also transmitted and initiated. More expansive than kundalini activation alone, light language serves as a higher-dimensional frequency transmission of unconditional love. Unlike human languages, it is non-linear and multidimensional, carrying encoded information that is received through resonance rather than interpretation. Expressed through sound, movement, or vibration, light language bypasses the mind and speaks directly to your soul, awakening cosmic remembrance, activating dormant potential, and deepening your connection to your divine essence. This is a true self-healing tool.

When we move into our hearts, our creative centers, we begin to speak our truth, see from another perspective. We connect deeply with the energy of the Universe/Source/God/Unified Field/Oneness. When we are able to do so, we clear and allow expansion, creating a torus field of energy that builds our energetic body that others are attuned to; noting, feeling, sensing it. You may notice others reacting to you differently and seeing you in a different light. This is your light body, and in different traditions, this has been referred to as the rainbow body or the Merkabah.

Science & Somatics:

During the session, you will be guided into a deep state of surrender as you lie down to receive. As a facilitator, I hold space, channeling light language through sound, vibration, and song—an ancient energetic form of communication that speaks directly to your soul.

This is a co-activation of the Sympathetic Nervous System and Parasympathetic Nervous System. Rarely do these two nervous systems merge during our day-to-day. When they are working together, this supports emotional releases, energetic alignment, and access to higher states of consciousness. It is a coherence and connection of the heart and the brain. You may feel energy moving through your body, a sign that your systems are recalibrating and coming back into coherence to achieve nervous system regulation. This movement is not necessary for the energy to do its work, and so while some people do experience the physical movement of energy, others experience it in different ways.

What to Expect?

During the session, you may experience:

· Physical Movement – Spontaneous body movements, hand gestures (mudras), or postures

· Emotional Release – Crying, laughter, screaming, or vocal expressions

· Visual Journeys – Vivid imagery or astral travel

· Energy Sensations – Tingling, heat, waves, coolness, or lightness in the body

· Bliss States – Feelings of joy, peace, ecstasy, or euphoria

· Light Language Activation – Speaking or hearing intuitive, non-verbal language; spontaneous singing, humming,

or gestures

Benefits

Many changes can take place in your life as you experience your own life force energy, releasing trauma and regulating your nervous system. As we release, we allow space for more light to move in as we expand. Relationships start to change; first with yourself and then with others in your life as you start to show up differently. Deeper connections are forged, greater opportunities are manifested, more authentic expression shines through, and stronger bonds with Source arise.

What This Is Not:

This is not a physical or movement-based class; it is not kundalini yoga, nor is it breathwork. This is a passive practice of surrender and trust. True kundalini activation unfolds in your energy field and in the subtle changes in your thoughts, feelings, and life experiences afterward. The true transformation happens as you allow this energy to guide you into alignment with your higher self.

Who Should Not Attend:

This class is not recommended for:

· Individuals with a history of psychosis or mania

· Pregnant women in their third trimester

· Teenagers under the age of 18

Preparation Guidelines (to the best of your ability and what feels aligned for you):

· Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs on the day of the session

· Eat lightly or consume only fruit juice 1–2 hours before the session

· Water fasting is allowed (if comfortable)

· Meditate, journal, or engage in gentle breathwork to ground yourself beforehand

Final Words - The Magic is what happens after the session:

Energy is the truth behind all things. Your life reflects the energy you carry. When you expand your energy, you are not just shifting energy—you are transforming your entire experience of life. This journey invites you into the unknown, to uncover the layers of your being and align with your soul’s purpose. Therefore, the magic is what happens after the session, when you start to become aware of all the changes taking place in your life.

I understand that Light Body Expansion may involve physical movements, as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improved mental well-being. As is the case with any physical or emotional work, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor (Michelle Gennaro). I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may be incurred or occur through my participation in the activation.

Light Body Expansion is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Light Body Expansion is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion, or psychosis.

I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical, and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or I am post-natal or post-surgical, I affirm that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible for deciding whether to practice and be involved in Light Body Expansion, and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now, or may have hereafter, against Light Body Expansion and its instructors.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am voluntarily agreeing to participate and recognize that this serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by the law in the province of Ontario.
