Join us for a cozy, casual drop-in gathering for moms and caregivers. This is a low-pressure space—come as you are, and don’t worry if you arrive a little later than the start time.

This month, we’re joined by Cynthia Shea, MSW, RSW (CAMH + Wise Mind Psychological Services), who will share simple Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) tools—practical strategies to bring calm, balance, and stronger communication into everyday life + parenting.
